Ingredients:
1 kg beef
4 onions
½ bunch of flat parsley
600 g potatoes
½ bunch of marjoram
Bouillon
Preparation:
Wash the potatoes and boil them unpeeled in salt water for about 20 minutes. Peel the remaining onions and dice them. Peel the potatoes. Let the potatoes cool down fully and cut thin slices. Cut the boiled meet first in thin slices, and then into rectangles. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the potato slices and the onion dices until yellow. Add the meat at the end and let it roast for a short time. Wash the marjoram and shake it dry. Rip off the leaves, chop them, add and season with salt and pepper. Wash the parsley, shake dry, chop and sprinkle them over the rest. Serve in the pan.
Our tip:
The "Greaschtl" can also be made with fish. Cabbage salad is the perfect garnish.
